Fnb speedpoint bad service

Had a problem with speedpoint suddenly not processing payments. Sent mails as requested got references twice. Still not processing after reset protocol with operator. They say it can take up to 10 days to trace money they have misplaced. How do you run business like this. Never had issues before. Is Fnb going to the dogs?
