FNB special arrangments

Dear FNB I was retrenched in October 2018. I struggled to get a job and January I got an job that is paying me about R 12 000 les than my previous job. I have personal loans with FNB. I am now working 2 jobs to get trough the month. I am trying to make an special arrangement with FNB to pay back my loan because I don't want to go under debt review. But after 2 months and many emails to these following email addresses with absolute no feedback ********** & ********** the email addresses FNB gave me to thus leave me no choice to go under debt review. I am really disappointed with FNB because you really don't care about a client of more that 20 years that want to pay back their loans but get absolute no feedback from FNB to make the arrangement. If you don't get back to me by tomorrow you will leave me no choice than you can make an arrangement with the debt review company. Thanks a lot with your help to help me.
