***: FNB SP CCD couriers

So, my card expired. Not weird, super expected, you know, however, emphasis on the 'o'. I get this call from a courier telling me that my card needs to be delivered. I'm like: "sure, let's go" Luckily I have 1. had experience in telesales and 2. been with FNB for years and immediately found this call was super off. The CCD courier consultant was giving "upsell", no mindfulness, they did not do any of the security checks nor disclosures, because why, it's the courier, right? No, not at all sir and or madam. I felt unsafe, FNB did not deliver as they previously had in terms of renewals and there was something about a fee.. jeez louise, since the actual when? No e-mail, nothing. Shoddy is the word. Nedbank been texting, might consider.
