FNB Southgate Manager Thumps Up

I have had my account with FNB for a while now and in a short space of time all sorts of issues came up resulting in me having to travel to and fro to the FNB Southgate branch. Tedious queues and systems that don't co-operate timeously are really frustrating for me as a customer. The Manager, Sifiso Thwala, would be called in to intervene at times to resolve the issues and when there was an issue at PnP he literally stood with me in the queue to get things done properly. I would like to give him a big THUMBS UP and encourage him to keep up the great work in being so helpful. He keeps flying the FNB flag high and is a true asset to his team and the Bank!
