Fnb South Africa *****ing peoples money while they asleep

had a positive amount of money in my account yesterday,however woke up this morning and all my money has been taken with no trace to where and who has taken it and i never made any payments or did any transactions. When i spoke to an agent at fnb via the app chat [ Phumelele ] i was told that fnb investigating as there is a issue with there transactions and balances.. What makes me ****en naar is that fnb doesnt notify its customers regarding the issue until you notice the **** on your own really what kind of service is this...FNB really ****ed people around with this issue and till now it hasnt been resolved..
