This Bank requires and auditor in Risk. The current person in this position is failing. on the 01 Sep after trying to dispute for a month that a foreign debit has been deducting and fails then I get charged R8.00 that accumulated to R100+. Today they have debited R1800+. I attempt to reverse and dispute. To my surprise I do not have the option to do either. This transaction was not listed under my debit orders. I am beyond irate at this point. We have no way of protecting our hard earned money with this bank. To anyone out there. Choose any other bank, FNB has proven to be far lower than the standard portrait to the public.
