Fnb Soshanguve crossing ATM

ATM claim on 07/03/2023 at Soshanguve branch. I have not yet received the money or further information regarding the claim. I was assisted by Enton Malatjie to lay the claim on the 7th and communicated recently through email 2 days ago to Lebogang Makgoba who has not responded since. On Tuesday the 28th I finally received the call for my online complain which I was told that the deposit would be made and till now nothing has happened. Still have not received any money
