FNB - Sorry: 01posting Failed Error code: 17752 *** - FRUSTRATED!!!!AGITATED!!!!!!!!!
On the 4th of April I tried to transfer funds from the one account to the other. I got the following error: Sorry: 01posting Failed Error code: 17752 *** This is the error I got on the 9th of April. The same error that I got on the 4th. FNB has this nice online complaints / email facility that I used. The operator rep**** as if he/she had no clue where this was coming from.
His email to me...... "Thank you for your email.
On behalf of your private banker Boniwe, if you are trying to transfer from any other bank to FNB Home loans please omit the 00 after 3 ( 3-000-013-********) and on your reference block please insert the full account number (3-000-013-********. However should you wish to have a debit order placed on the Home loan kindly fill in the form attached. If not banking with FNB please include 3 months bank statements or account confirmation.
Should require any assistance do not hesitate to contact FNB Home Loans on the following number ********** ." So this is suppose to make me feel happy??????? Not even trying to solve the problem!!!!!! When I account does not paid on time who do you think is going to bark up my door???????
