Fnb soooo inefficient

Fnb is th3bmost ineffective bank to get thru to someone who can help u. I've tried to get hold of someone in credit cards to help with a new card application. They loaded my card with zero limits. Now all they do is transfer and transfer and transfer until it dosconnects
