FNB Solar loan ****

After following the process on the banking app to the T for a solar personal loan that is a guarantee prime plus 1% interest rate I have had no response.

After 10 Working days I have attempted to follow up with their ridiculous Service suite, where I am just being transferred from department to department without any assistance. Then I logged a complaint where I sill didn't get any resolution.

Today is business day number 25, no assistance or response after I again confirmed that all documents had been submitted.

Now I am sitting with a very high interest rate, and nobody to assist me.

This is an example how how they do not care about anyone.
