FNB - SO DISSAPOINTED!

I have been trying to pay my overdraft for almost a month now. No one can help me unblock my account so I can make payment. Why is this so difficult? Does FNB not want their money back? I want to pay the overdraft so I can get FNB out of my life. I have phoned and been through a tremendous amount of people, even went into a FNB branch to try and get assistance, I am still waiting... If FNB does not want the money back, I need a letter from them saying so, so I can get off of being flagged of debt review.
