FNB SO CALL RELIEF IS A BIG *******.
Worst so call relief ever, what a ******* . Instead of helping customers the banks give you a loan to put you in too deeper debt. other financial institution are adding 3 months extra to peoples exisiting terms but Fnb decided they still needed to make that extra money even tho we are battling threw this pandemic by offering you a so call relief but throwing u into the deep sea to drown and that's not the worst part,I'm self employed so ofcourse I was in panic and just took this relief only to go threw my statements and for example finding out that they charging me instead of 30k debt they coming up with 50k debt .so me and my personal banker has been in contact working threw where they getting these amounts . I have my statements and proof of conversation with her as she advised that I can cancel at anytime and I will only be charged with the amounts used. now they saying that the glich came when amounts was suppose to be pulled off from the relief account and not my personal account and reversed back...and to top it all off my settlement amount is also incorrect and now it looks like they prolonging the process so that they can again pull off so that I can owe them for 3 months. I emailed them before the 2nd month and I was told it take 5 working days to process then when I got a reply it was pro long again so that the 2nd month could be pulled off.i told them after the 1st month I came right with some moneys so I paid my credit card out of my own pocket but it still got added . I will not dvise anyone to do there banking with fnb because this was the time we needed them the most and they couldnt help or assist us like other banks...I will definitely try to pay my stuff up and take my business else where.
