FNB sms failure!!

Hi Its been roughly 4 months now, FNB cannot sort a simple problem of sending and Recieving Sms. Fnb has Sim cards that can be purchased for prepaid or contracts. Don't EVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. I have canceled my contract with them and to date I cannot send or receive sms's. I cannot even port my number to another contract because the only way to do it is via sms. I've spoken to several consultants and even went into the bank for 3 Sim swops. Nothing and nobody has helped...!!!!! In fact they keep promising that they would call back, happens now and then. My case has been pushed from pillar to post. Today I spent 1.5hrs over the phone to try and sort it out. They simply don't know any solution and keep blaming something else. I hope some senior FNB members can read this and assist. I've dragged my feet to come onto this platform, but I was pushed eventually. DON'T SIGN UP WITH FNB Connect u will never be connected!!
