FNB smoke and mirrors

My wife had to reverse a debit order on her gold cheque account, We called into the contact center to assist us, explained that we need to reverse an unauthorized debit, they did their verification process and proceeded to transfer me to the debit order department which to about 20 minutes to get through, upon getting through, the consultant ask why we were calling, then told us to call back the next day as the system does not reflect the debit, how is this possible that the system that manages our money is not live????. Anyways we called back the next morning, to us 35 minutes to get trough finally when we got through, they did the verification process, the consultant proceeded to try and upsell us different FNB products instead of addressing our issue first, then puts us through to the so Debit order department, we waited another 20 minutes to get through, finally, when the consultant ( Name: Califonia Ramotena) gets on the line she does another verifications and disclaimer process, now my call is running closes to an hour, after this she gets back to say that her system is down and she cannot process our request, she cannot transfer us or even call us back when the system issues have been resolved, we ask to speak to a manager ( Uvan Hansraj ) who was conveniently not available. We were requested to call back later after being on the line for over an hour.

As I'm typing now, I have called back and have been hanging on the line for just over 30 minutes. FNB prides themselves on being cutting edge when it comes to technology and making our lives easier, I think they are full of BS, using smoke and mirrors, I can imagine how many others are struggling with these idiots to get their act together. 40 minutes and counting and I haven't spoken to a HUMAN as yet. So who reimburses me for my airtime cost???

Update just as I was about to sign off on the review I get trough to a consultant who tells me that she is having line issues and needs to put me back on waiting 50 minutes now.

I HATE FNB AND THEIR LIES.
