FNB Smith Street Durban

I went to FNB to open an estate late bank account they told me they have to verify my letter from the master court OK fine u would think they will call the court and open the account for u, ooh not FNB!!! Iv been waiting for 2weeks now still nothing even went back to ask what's happening that consultant told me they still haven't verified how long does it take jeeeez FNB sucks to think I use to love this bank so much. But their service is really BAD when wanting to open an estate late account. This bad service was at FNB Smith Street Durban thanks for nothing don't bother to call il be going elsewhere
