Fnb Smartspend Loans department

Today I spent almost two hours trying to cancel a policy which I have with Fnb on my Smartspend loan. I was transferred to about 10 different consultants some of whom have cut the call.In the end I was not assisted by anyone. I am so frustrated with FNB even though I have been banking with them since 1999. I'm wondering what it will take to finally get what I needed to be done. I desperately need to cancel a policy with SMARTSPEND/FNB Life. Service seems to be declining over the years. This incompetence in the banking industry is just unacceptable!!! Frustrated client.
