FNB Smartbond

I have been a client with FNB since my child hood. I bought my house through them in 2007. I ran into difficulty and couldnt pay regurlarly as im unemployed. I contacted them and made arrangements. They still went ahead with judgement and want to sell my house on auction. They have centralized their operation so you cannot talk to a consultant in the bank. You must phone them and then the consultants on the other side of the phone is not very helpful or understanding of your situation. What is the use of making a arrangement but they still harrass you with sms's stating they are going to sell your house. Does my loyalty to the bank account amount to nothing? We cannot help if our financial situation change. Other banks offer you a reduced rate on your monthly installment or reduce interest rate, but not FNB.

FNB has failed me in a big way.
