FNB smart loan has let me down

I app**** for a smart housing loan because my company allow this to benefit us at a really good rate against our pension fund. I was declined due to the expenses being duplicated with the ITC value. I was honest and put my expenses in and am now disadvantaged.... I have complained and that section staff have no idea what customer service is. i can get a loan, 50% of the value as i am already approved already paying back the same amount and yet on the smart loan i can not afford this. This appears to be *********. If i can afford the repayments through a normal loan at a elevated % then surely i am eligible for the smart loan. i have taken the time to reapply at a lesser amount against my pension (which is a very large amount) and have been sent the original application letter of reject. This is so frustrating. i know we can afford the repayment as per the letter but am being told i do not because they have calculated my expenses as double.
