FNB Smart devices pathetic service

<p>i ordered an Xbox one online via smart devices FNB. I received the device in good time but notified smart devices (telephonically) within one working day that a controller was not operating properly. I then also logged a complaint via my onl;ine banking to premier banking, howeevr it is over week since the complaint and no calls to rectify. I demand either a full refund or immediate action on this issue.</p>
