FNB Smart Devices nightmare order number #FNB170508CC390

<p>FNB collected the device on the 02/06/2017 and Naomi who promised to escalate the issue and call me has proven herself to be a **** (she promised to follow-up with me on Friday to ensure the device was collected and send an email confirming the contract was cancelled BUT NOTHING), it has now been well over 4 days since the collection of the device and I have not heard anything from FNB, it really makes you wonder if these people care about retaining their customers at all????? One thing is for certain THIS IS THE VERY LAST TIME I APPLY FOR ANY KIND OF CONTRACT WITH FNB AND WILL BE MOVING BANKS ONCE THIS MESS IS SORTED OUT.</p>
