FNB smart devices defective and device guru support useless.

I have gotten an MSI laptop from FNB. However from since it came it's been giving me issues. The device is not even 2 weeks old. It has been refusing to switch on. The power light just flashes and then nothing happens. The device guru guys are very inefficient, especially since I explained that the device wont turn on but their instructions include me booting into secure mode.

I am very frustrated with this service and I am hoping someone from FNB can help with this. I would like to cancel my contract and get a deal somewhere else.
