Good day to the person who will read this, I got me the hp envy 15\ smart touch laptop on a 2 year contract at fnb devices. Today will be a year that i am paying. It is now the third laptop that is broken and needs to be replaced. Everytime i lose expensive programs and anti virus programs that i need to re-install. I phoned fnb devices 2 weeks ago about the broken laptop and for them to collect it
