fnb smart devices

<p>biginning of september i ordered an acer aspire switch 10e . fnb delivered the device but it was an out of box failure . so the following week they came to colloect the faulty device . the next day they told my they will have to bbok it in for repairs and let me know when it will be ready in which i told them they are supposed to swop it and not repair it and they said they will log a call. a week went by so if phoned them and told them to cancel the order because i dont get any feedback from them . Timmathy from fnb logged a call for a cancelation and i thought that was the end . since than i phoned fnb more than 7 times to cancel the order . upto date they phoned me 4 times to collect the faulty device which they already collected , phoned me 4 times in cluding this morning to arrange delivery. debited my account today after i cancelled the order 4 times . they also laoded 2 of the same devices on my account for some reason only they will understand. this morning when i phoned Timmathy he told me he is only going to log a complaint know today which is already to late . I DO NOT HAVE THE F&%ING DEVICE ANY MORE SO STOP PHONING ME FOR DELIVERY OR COLLECTION AND REFUND MY MONEY. it takes them an month and a half to process a cancelation and when you phone them to find out what is going on than not Timmathy Zeenap or Tsepo knows whats going on because if i ask for a refrence for the call they keep on giving the old ref and do not log a new call i want this sorted out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>o and here is the call ref number which they probably dont have on the system : 521960</p>
