FNB Smart Device purchase not so smart

I recently purchased a 'Smart Device' (PS5 Elite Headset) via the FNB website. They delivered a previously opened box with missing items. Frightening that FNB would send me used goods via there app. I thought this was a premium service, now they go so far as to deliver used goods.
