FNB smart device options have double standards

My DEBIT ordered CELLPHONE deal I had with FNB ended in December last year.
I paid R449 for my phone, and there were no issues with the debit orders EVER.
All my FNB debits go off without a hitch, and there are no complaints from both sides.

I got calls from FNB call centers trying to push a smart device, not so long ago. I told the lady that I'm for now and I won't take one up. NOW,here is the problem - If you phone me with a deal for a phone from FNB I assume you got my details from FNB itself, and I'm eligible for a device.

My phone gives me a **** amount of..well..****! So I apply for a phone,& I'm declined due to affordability.

NOW,before I looked at getting a new phone for business, my wife& I sat and looked at the household budget & saw that I can go for a R600 deal per month, without massively impacting the budget.

The ****** bags at FNB,whoever set up their affordability prediction software don't now **** about what I can & can't afford,so they decline me on ALL cellphone packages due to the fact, according to THEM,that I won't be able to afford it!! BullSH$T!! I literally just a couple of months ago had a phone, and ALL payments were fine. NOTHING has changed since then!!!
