FNB Smart Device - Not A Clever Choice
Got a device from FNB that was delivered last year November, within the first week the device's speaker stopped working, got a second device and now after a few months speaker did the same. Contacted Digital Planet. Nobody came back to me to date since end of May 2020. If I can give anyone advise don't get any devices from FNB. After sales service is to get sick of.

30 Sept 2020, 13:34And still this hasn't been sorted out, except for receiving emails from Digital Planet with accusations that I will be held liable if the phone got water etc etc saying this is a standard procedure instructed from FNB!!!!!!
