FNB Smart device is a bad service

Tried applying for a new Smart Device after my current one is done payed. But apparently my credit is worsened or did not change at all since I do not qualify for a new device that is R40 more expensive. If you want to apply for a smart device in hopes to raise your credit score, do not do it, it does not help.
