FNB Smart Device has financially crippled me

Good day

I just called the Centurion branch of WeFix and was advised that it will cost me R1,400.00 to fix the phone. I cannot afford to pay this as i am still owing R1,950.00 on this phone and FNB is refusing to change the account which is debited. Now I still have to pay an extra R105.00 per month for the next X13 months = R1,365.00 for banking fees on that account to keep it open. So i will have to purchase a cheaper phone for about R350.00 to use in the meantime.

This initial contract price of this phone was supposed to have cost me R150.00 X24 = R3,600.00

However it is now costing me R3,600.00(initial contract price) + R1,365.00(banking fees) + R1,400.00 (fix phone) = R6,635.00 (Total Cost of FNB Phone)

Thank you Naomi The debit order is currently going off from the gold cheque account and i would like them to change it to the premier cheque account wherein my salary will be paid from June 2018. I would like them to then take the outstanding balance of R1,950.00 i am owing on the phone but they are refusing to do this. Now i have to transfer R150.00 every month into that account and R200.00 for banking fees

It is Oct 2019 and I am still owing the R1,950.00 for the cellphone because FNB is refusing to allow the debit order to go off from my other fnb bank account in which my salary is being deposited and they do not want me to settle this amount in cash. Nobody has contacted me since last year June. What is happening?
