FNB smart bond

Bad customer service. I have logged a complaint on the 15/10/2020 and still have not received any feedback. Complaint Reference Number ***. Futhermore i have been phoning FNB smart bonds department for the past month with zero assistance. You can't even give a reference number when a customer calls in!!
