FNB Small business CIPC Registration

I was recently retrenched - so I started doing the only thing I know how... by applying my trade and supporting my family as an entrepreneur. I came across a company who wanted to offer me a contract to do work for them. They needed me to register a business and have a bank account (for BEE purposes). Logged on to FNB's website to register via the CIPC offering they have been punting. paid the amount and waited - its been over 3 weeks now - and NO damn registration has been done! Can't go onto their website to track it either...!!! No comms - nothing. Called the support lines and get sent from pillar to post by the stupid automated (press 1) nonsense. Lost the business to a contractor that has a registered business!!! Whats worse - my personal account sits with FNB so thats why i came here first..!!! well... you're clearly not First in Anything! nxa!
