FNB sly tactics regarding ********** activities

1 star rating in the ***** DEPARTMENT In a nutshell...... We traveled to India earlier this year. Used my credit card to withdraw ONCE only. Received a statement for 3 withdrawals, 2 from a place we didn't even know existed within India. Emailed FNB ***** department repeatedly. Received 1 call from FNB and the consultant got her facts mixed up . After 4 MONTHS received an email reply (whoppie ) but claiming since 4 months have passed they cannot assist me. I contacted the Banking Ombudsman.. Sent prove of all communication during the 4 month period, including airline tickets, proving on the day of the said withdrawals we were en route back to S.A. Monies refunded by FNB including all interest charges as per my request. Sly of FNB to wait for 4 months to pass before responding?? Hats off to the Banking Ombudsman!!

Thank you
With reference to a more recent complaint:
I am still awaiting a response to a query logged, where my old debit card which was destroyed by myself was used for a transaction!!
The consultant i spoke to cancelled my card on the system when I queried the transaction.
So, FNB issues and activates new cards sent to clients without canceling the old one's?!
What about clients who don't bother scrutinizing their statements?
We have been banking with FNB for many years now and its sad to say that the service levels are dropping...FAST!
