FNB slow response letting *****sters get away

On 03 February 2023, I reported a *****ulent transaction that went off on my FNB credit card. I reported the matter to FNB and requested the reversal of the *****ulent transaction.

I was advised that it would take between 7 and 31 days for FNB to investigate and respond.

I did not received feedback after 31 days and sent numerous requests for feedback. It has been 59 days and I am still awaiting feedback from FNB.

The slow response from FNB is allowing *****sters to get away with my money.

Furthermore, FNB has failed to provide general feedback on the within their allocated time.

FNB has failed to provide feedback on the reason for the delay or to confirm that they are still processing the request.

For this, FNB has disappointed and slipped from the high standard that they had provided in the past.

FNB, please respond on the developments with reasons why it is taking longer than you had initially stated.
