FNB SLOW Lounge Complimentary Access is a ****

I booked a round trip from JNB to DUR recently and as a Private Clients account holder I do have complimentary visits to the SLOW Lounge. However, FNB deducted money from my account for that particular visit. Why does FNB say that these visits are complimentary when they can still go behind and charge you?
