FNB Slow Lounge

Verified my slow lounge access for myself and family on 28-01-2026 with Vusi Maseko (CRM:***). When we left Cpt everything was loaded. When it came time for us to return to cpt 04-04-2026, all of a sudden there was no access to the slow lounge for my kids and I had to pay an additional R600.

FNB promises a lot of value but only provides inconvenience
