FNB slow application

Okay, so this is the 2nd complaint on the same issue. I app**** for a small loan of 7k from FNB. Its been about 3 weeks now. They phoned me to say they need an employment letter that shows a duration of employment, I requested one from my employer and submitted it. Its now heading to the 2nd week and nothing.
