FNB slogan should be..\FNB: how can we rob you?\" "
FNB, why are you so pathetic? I cannot fathom why you would want ANYONE to move over to your bank.<br> I had a credit card delivered, addressed to Johannes, I am Johanna, I called and received a new one. a short while later the \Johannes\" who I am sure gladly received the card was making purchases in New Zealand with a smile. Whilst I had to sort out the mess. I have called to cancel my card and close my account. Granted my card was cancelled, my account continued to run up large fees though, this time I was being ****** by FNB and the incompetence of its pirate crew. I called to close the account, was told to go into the branch, I did, with my bank receipts in hand, the \"consultant\" told me to get a ticket.. ok.. wait wait wait, then finally, my turn, I am told to call the call centre branch cant help me. Whaaaat? finally this consultant does me an ENORMOUS favour and emails the account closure. promises it will take a week to get my credit in there to my other account. I just got a call. They apparently don't do things that way, My account is still open, racking up those pirate fees and yes, it will take another 21 days to closure and payment of my own money..feeling bamboozled yet?"
