FNB Slogan "How can we help you ?" My response " A little respect & communication would go a long long way............."

Internet banking made difficult in 24 hours!!

Previously my personal and business profiles were on one profile on the online banking facility

Yesterday I access online banking to find out that the business account has been removed - gone - with all the historical data missing.

Many phone calls (my time and money) a visit to the bank (again my time and money) and now I am told it is a new banking requrement - business accounts need to be seperate from personal profiles. OK I ask - so when was FNB going to inform me of the need to change and when and how is FNB going to assist in the retrieving of my data and importing it onto the new business profile

Response from call centre this morning "Please hold I will put you through to the next person........." Again my time and my money. I declined the offer and replaced the receiver. Now it is up to FNB to remedy at their cost.

Come on FNB - How can you help me? - Phone me and sort out your ill conceived botch up of my business banking
