Fnb slip reprint issue

I made payment outside using the atm to deposit money , i did not get a reciept as there was a problem with paper. Now im struggling to see my results because i had a fine that blocked any results i receive at school. The account number was ********** 3149 university of johannesburg ref: 05.05.125520.20.17600.0 made on friday 30/11/2018. Made by Renee boyce. Please assist as i need to know my results asap. I went to fnb and was told theres nothing they can do . This was done at fnb Howick branch . I really need a reprint because i need to send the proof of payment, theres no other way.
