FNB sliding down

As my consumer complaint, I would like to point out to FNB that their new rules for access to the Slow Lounge at airports for card holders is a disgrace, and quite frankly insulting to me. One of the main reasons I opted for FNB, many years back, was the lounge access, as I travel frequently. Now one needs to hold a Cheque and Credit Card, but the biggest joke of all is that you are not allowed in to the lounge more than 90 minutes before boarding time. By the time the 90 minutes arrives, suddenly the lounge is full, and one gets turned away anyway. The new changes were also not communicated by FNB and this caused further embarrassment at the lounge when I arrived. Thanks FNB. Keep on reducing the benefits and I'll keep in reducing my usage of your bank's \services". While I am at it"
