Fnb slacking, and its sad to see.

Hi, so i want to cancel a debut order and currently i am in Thailand, so i want to do it on the fnb app, cause i dont have access to a desktop. Fnb does give me the option to do it on the app, when i try to stop die order the app ask me for two amounts from what it ranges between , min and max. Cause this company takes a different amounts every month. When i give them two amounts (700,1500) it tells me that it is invalid dates. Then i thought of messaging fnb on their messaging system, this person just directing me to an online banking system but i dont have access to it and when he saw he cant help me he just ****s the chat and sends me the “thank you for chatting with fnb” message. I always praised fnb for their service, this last month i had the worst experiences with them and wont recommend it to anyone.
