FNB SKIMMING FUNDS

For the past 2 years a strange debit order has been going off from my FNB Bank Account. As we are working abroad we cannot just pop into FNB to get this resolved. After a lot of calls and emails they told us that we have to cancel the debit order with the company in question. But how do you cancel a debit order when you don't even know who the company is debiting your account? This month again a Debit order for R2000 went off, after I opened the transaction I saw the Following, EMMES ***, Absa Bureau Services 1 User. The other's one going off her account is D Dynamix and Absa(softycomp Cc ) , now please tell me when I will be getting back the money that was Taken from my account!?
