FNB Single Facility

I am in the process of selling my house. I contacted FNB for a settlement figure on the 7th June and allocation of attorneys. Today is the 22nd of June and I have not had any response or communication regarding my case. I have written numerous emails requesting assistance with this and no response. How difficult is my request?
