FNB SIM Swap

R40 for a lost prepaid SIM card is day light *******. Especially when it's free from competitors. How different is the bank from the person who stole the phone in the first place, seriously.

On top of that I can't be serviced unless I have a proof of address. How about you look it up on your systems as I submitted it for the credit card, cheque account and vehicle finance accounts. FNB processes are Disappointing to say the least, customer experience I guess is the last thing the processes have in mind.
