FNB SIM CARDS NOT WORKING

Fnb never ceases to amaze me. Every month it's a new issues. This months highlight: Both my FNB Sims are "not registered to the network" I can make nor receive calls. Payment for the Sims went off but I can't use the data on either. Please sort out or pay back my money
