FNB Sim Card issues!

<p>I ordered a smart phone that is meant to have some airtime and data automatically added every month a part of the device bundle.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called FNB... then I was put through to FNB Connect... the lady there did not wish no assist me ... saying that i am meant to have 2 sim cards (why should i have 2?...) i said i only received 1... whereby she said i need to go into a branch to get a sim swop done...i the said i want them to send me the correct sim... she not i HAVE to go into a branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I asked to speak to a manager... after holding for avout 7 mins... she comes back and says she will transfer the minutes to my prepaid sim card... i asked why didnt you give me this option earlier?? her response was meaningless...</p> <p> </p> <p>this is a terrible experience...</p> <p> </p> <p>i still dont have my prmised allocation and Im really disappointed in the service from FNB Connect as well as the fact that FNB didnt send me all the correct sims , but instead made it my problem to get the promised allocations</p>
