FNB SIM CARD IS A *******
<p>I am cancelling my fnb connect sim card! I am not AT ALL IMPRESSED with FNB!! I received a telephone call, marketing this sim card, and accepted it PURELY on the basis of the cost of data, being R59,00 for 1 GB, despite being charged a fee every month for the sim card ON TOP of the data and Airtime costs. I have now just topped up, and found that the cost has MORE THAN DOUBLED, less than two months after receiving the sim card!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I had always thought FNB was an honourable institution, - obviously not! SHAME on you FNB for false advertising. </p>

FNB Connect launched promotional once-off data bundles for three months in June 2016 and extended the offer for an additional two months due to the success of the campaign.
As of 20 November 2016, the data bundles promotion has officially ended.
The revised once off data bundle prices remain competitive and customers have the added benefit of up to 40% back in eBucks on their data bundle purchases, based on their eBucks reward level.
Our main objective continues being able to provide our customers with superior value and to increase customer satisfaction, convenience and lessening customer angst.

i'm sorry but this is unacceptable. Nothing was mentioned in your marketing call about the cost being a limited offer and it was the only reason I accepted the card.
Please cancel the card and port my number back to vodacom with no charges! i am at work and not available to talk so email only please.

ALL I WANT IS THIS DEAL CANCELLED AND MY NUMBER PORTED BACK TO VODACOM. NO EMAILS, NO STORIES, NO GARBAGE.
