FNB SIM CARD CONNECT PROBLEM

When I connect 2 SIM CARDS with FNB CONNECT, I had a problem from the start. They suppose to PORT BOTH CARDS. I had to wait 3 MONTHS before this connections work properly. After I had a word with 147 the call centre, they connected me properly. This morning 2017/12/01 the one sim did not work. When I call the 147 call centre, they confirmed that the debit order did not go through. (What a joke - my Cell C data debit went off and so the other connected FNB sim). Now it is suppose to go of on the same day too. When I tried to go online to see what is going on, FNB (ON THE FIRST DAY OF the MONTH) SIM CARD FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE. My bank card expired 30/11/2017, my FNB BRANCH AT JAKARANDA CENTRE WAS CLOSED and I had to go to another branch (Gezina FNB) just to hear that the bank card is going to expire and I would not have a bank card. They do not have it (it was at the CLOSED JAKARANDA BRANCH). They knew this branch will close - why didn't they sent the EXPIRING CARDS - NEW CARDS TO THE NEAREST BRANCH YET????? Just to sit and wait when your number is called to receive a 30day bank card. Now I have to go back, wait in rows and calling numbers to hear if this card arrived. WHAT HAPPENED WITH CLIENT SERVICES????????????????????????? WHO IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB!
