FNB Silverton refusing to refund my Money
A cash deposit of 1950. 00 was made into my account on 01/12/2018 the money did not reflect in my account. On Monday 03/12/2018 I went to lay a complaint I was told the money would be reversed back into my account within 24 hours. Still no money from First National Bank. Today 05/12/2018 i got an sms notification saying the money 1950. 00 was in my account. The Is no money I went to see the Bank Manager Ethel Mogale and she refused to assist me. For the past 5 days FNB Silverton refuses to refund me my money when they have all the evidence. And the money they claimed to deposit back into my account is not there.
I need further assistance in order to get my money back.
Thank you
