FNB shows no respite even to loyalty.
I am very disappointed. I have lost a property in SIE and have to pay back FNB which amongst other accounts I am trying my best to do. In total when we lost our business i was left with so much FNB debt to pay that even now 10 years later I am still paying attorneys and my property in possession. In total my attorneys accounts and my Home Loan amount to R12500. The attorneys on their own is R3650. I always communicate if I have a problem and its been hard to keep paying even when things have been bad. The problem is that depsite paying my credit profile is not updated with my payments made to the SIE debt. Because of this we are unable to get a student loan for my daughter and with a son in matric probably wont be able to send him to university either. I get that if I miss payments my payment profile is affected but if payment is made then ethically it should show. I have paid R9,700.00 since Jan 2019 which does not show on my credit profile.I feel like I am being victimized. In this time with my son facing major obstacles in writing the NSC exam I cant even placate him and say that he can apply to university. I have sent an email to which i have not received a reply and it has made me feel very despondent. If i am committed to pay and I have shown this because really R3,650 per year =R43,800 of my hard earned money then why dont FNB show theirs by being ethical about this commitment. The one debt was R44k when it was handed over and R70k worth of interest was added to it. Even though I paid R56,200 and i still owe an enormous R33k. So I paid more than I owed but still paying, The other debt was R93k and I paid off R45,250 and still owe R58,723. This is beside the payments to SIE property of R48,939. My net salary is R11 600.00. The amounts I owed when i lost almost everything was not the huge amounts I now am saddled with and I am paying my dues to my detriment. So as can be seen I am committed and I need my profile to show this,
