FNB showing true apathy for years of loyalty! Goodbye and good riddance!

This will be my third and last complaint about FNB. Hereafter, if I am shown the same apathy as before with my previous 2 complaints, I am simply going to finish what I owe and close my account! I have had enough!! Even typing this feels like a waste of my precious time. "How can we help you?" What a lie! How about doing what you promise! how about actually assisting all your clientele!? how about actually helping instead of trying to profit/profiteering from COVID19!

Your true colors are shining brightly FNB! and I hope thousands move to banks who actually care for their customers!

After years of loyalty and thousands of rands in bank fees and loans, I will be happy to move my portfolio and businesses to a bank that does not exploit their customers in a worldwide socio-economic and health crisis, or turn a cold shoulder to them! Kudos to those who are moving! see you on the other side!
